May 22, 2011 - W J Dees (Valrico, FL): Replaced a faulty toilet water supply shut off valve on a Sunday afternoon, after I had to shut the main house water valve. Installed a new supply line. Called at 4:45, said he would be at my house between 6 and 6 30, arrived at 6, was finished by 6:20. Given the time on a Sunday, I thought the price reasonable.

May 12, 2011 - Carl Boeger (Wesley Chapel, FL): Mike arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of the work was excellent and I will be calling 24-7 Plumbing in the near future for some additional work.

April 23, 2011 - Steven Epkins (Tampa, FL): Mike showed up on time and in NO time, he had fixed my 3 toilets, my kitchen sink and my utility sink. I could not ask for better service, he was great from the get go......I would definitely use him again.....super work, responsive, clean, and just an overall great job.....Timeliness, very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was excellent - THANK YOU, MIKE!!! Fantastic from start to finish.....If I have any more plumbing issues, I will call Mike right away....

April 19, 2011 - Keith Eshelman (Lutz, FL): Mike and his younger assistant stopped by after talking on the phone and estimating the cost to replace a 20 gallon water heater that was not working. It turned out that the electrical wire was not making contact. (Sort of like a lamp plugged into a wall socket and because the socket is old and loose, it doesn't make contact). I was able to avoid replacing the whole water heater after he bypassed the on/off switch and hard wired the connection. It started working. The safety relief valve was noticed to be dripping very slowly so I had him replace it. Everything went well. The water heater is functioning like it has for the last 11+ years.

February 10, 2011 - Sarah Perez (Dade City, FL): Replaced water heater in garage. Removed second water heater from master bathroom. Added to plumbing via attic to connect master bathroom to main water heater in garage. Mike and his assistant did a good job. He was very professional and quick about the work. It ended up being quicker and less painful than we were expecting it to be. Even though the project was a little more complicated than I had originally described to him over the phone--due to some lack of attic access--he was still able to do the job for very close to what he estimated.
